We use the information you provide about yourself or others to maintain a Client or Vendor relationship, and to complete the transaction for which the information is intended. Such transactions may include: providing a proposal; invoicing; replying to project inquiries; or contacting you if you have granted us permission to do so. Clients and Vendors can access their personally identifiable information that The Alpha Way collects online and maintains by logging in to their password-protected (SSL encrypted) account and selecting "Edit My Profile." Clients and Vendors can also correct factual errors in their personally identifiable information by sending us a written request that credibly documents and explains the error.

To protect your privacy and security, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making corrections to your information.

Don't post bad vote on Public Forums and at Gold Rating Site without contacting the administrator of our program FIRST. Maybe there was a technical problem with your transaction, so please always CLEAR the thing with the administrator.

We will not tolerate SPAM or any type of UCE in this program. SPAM violators will be immediately and permanently removed from the program.

The Alpha Way reserves the right to accept or decline any member for membership without explanation.
